WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We ship across the world, and you can pay in UK£s, Euros, US$ or AUS$ (to change this select your preferred option in the box in the top right corner of the screen).

There is no restriction on parcel size in the UK, overseas we can send up to 2 kilos in one parcel (that's 10 mtrs of fabric!).  If you are overseas and want to order more than 10mtrs, we will split your order down into smaller parcels to get below the 2 kilo limit. 


 

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Shipping is based on the weight (and in the UK size) of your parcel.  If you are in the UK, shipping is free once you spend £40 and overseas shipping is discounted at this point.  

If you want to see how much shipping will be for your order, click on your basket and scroll down the screen.  As a guide, if you are only ordering standard cotton fabrics or flannel, prices rise at the following points:

IN THE UK
Price band 1 - up to 1/2mtr
Price band 2 - up to 1.25mtrs
Price band 3 - up to 2mtrs
Price band 4 - up to 5mtrs
Price band 5 - up to 10mtrs
Unless you have bagged the ultimate bargain you will have spent over £40 by this point and will qualify for free shipping.

OUTSIDE THE UK
Price band 1 - up to 1/2mtr
Price band 2 - up to 1.25mtrs
From here prices rise every time you add another 1.25mtrs.


 

FREE SHIPPING!

If you live in the UK shipping is free once your order totals a minimum of £40 (before shipping).

If you live outside the UK shipping is discounted once your order reaches £40.


 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

We aim to despatch all in stock items within 72 hours and usually despatch items much faster, pre-order items are usually despatched within 10 days.  If you need something in a hurry it is always best to email us.

If you are in the UK delivery times depend on the method of delivery selected at the checkout.  Outside the UK standard airmail should take 3-5 days, however items are sometimes caught up in customs and orders can take longer to arrive, this is out of our control and whilst we share your frustration when this happens, there is nothing we can do move the parcel through the system, we all just have to be patient (NOTE: Airmail is not a tracked service). 


 

WHO PAYS FOR POSTAGE ON RETURNS?

If we have made a mistake with your order please contact us as soon as possible.  If we have omitted an item we will rectify the situation, if we have sent you the wrong item, or an item is damaged, then we will cover the cost of returning the item/s to us and refund you or send a replacement.  In this situation we simply ask that you contact us as soon as possible to discuss the best way forward BEFORE you return the item/s - click here to view our returns policy.

If you just change your mind, you can still return your order, as long as it is still in the condition sent to you, but you will need to cover the cost of return and we will only refund the cost of the item/s returned, not the postage paid to send the item to you or us. EXCEPTION TO THE RULE: If you are based within the EU and the item you want to return is a sewing pattern, buttons, rattles, or ribbons and trim on ribbon cards, we will cover the cost of return (2nd class post rate) and will also refund the cost of sending that part of your order to you.
