Returns Procedure




We do our upmost to make sure that your goods are sent to you in perfect condition everytime, but we are only human and despite our best efforts errors are sometimes made.  We offer a replacement or refund service for items which are received damaged or which are not as ordered.  We will cover the cost of returning the item/s to us as well as the cost of sending a replacement (if requested).  We simply ask that you contact us as soon as you are aware of the problem and that you do not use any of the item/s in question without prior agreement (PLEASE DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO).   

There are 2 ways to start the returns process:

Once you have made contact with us we can arrange for a return to be made and organise a replacement/refund according to your preference and stock levels.



We also accept returns where you have just changed your mind, as long as items are returned in their original condition.  In the case of packaged items such as buttons, precut trims and patterns, they must be unopened.

You will need to start the returns process within 10 days of receipt of the goods.  There are 2 ways to start the returns process:

Please note we will only refund the cost of the item/s, not the postage paid at the point of making your order or the cost of sending the item/s back to us, except in the case of precut fabrics (marked as pre cut in their title) or packaged ribbons, trims or sewing patterns, where the cost of sending that element of your order to you and its return (at standard 2nd class mail/airmail rates) will be refunded.

Once we have received a returned item we will issue your refund within 7 days, if you would like an alternative item you will need to submit a new order.
