Which Vilene fleece is right for me?
Vilene H 630 is a lightweight iron-on volume fleece
Ideal for quilting, handicrafts and warm clothing. soft pelmets and high volume tiebacks.
Vilene H 640 is the thickest iron-on volume fleece
For quilting, patchwork and relief stitching effect. Also suitable for warm clothing.
Vilene H650 is a double-sided fusible volume fleece
This one bonds to both sides of your project, enabling you to create your own pre-quilted fabrics.
How to Use:
Position Vilene H 630 with the coated adhesive side against the wrong side of fabric. Cover with damp cloth and press each section for approximately 15 seconds, with the iron on wool and without pushing the iron. Allow the pieces to cool flat for about 30 minutes, so that the adhesive can set properly.
We strongly recommend that you attach a small piece of interlining to a fabric remnant with your iron first to make sure that the hold and the adhesion meet your expectations and to practice attaching.
Once your project is complete, you can wash in temperatures up to 40 °C in the gentle cycle or dry clean (providing the fabric attached can also be washed at that temperature/be dry cleaned).
