How Much Will it Cost?
Those super dupa wizkids in IT have created a system which allows us to tell the website how much each fabric weighs! Upto date information is then transfered in from the post office, added to our packing costs (envelope etc..) and the correct postage for the weight of the parcel is applied to your order.
If you want to see how much shipping is for your order start to go through the checkout, you will see the shipping costs before you have to pay, so you can always go back and adjust your order up or down!
Free Shipping!
If you live in the UK shipping is free once your order totals a minimum of £45 (before shipping).
If you live in the EU shipping is heavily discounted once your order reaches 70 euros.
If you live outside the EU watch this space - we will be introducing a scheme for you in the near future!
How Long Will It Take?
We aim to despatch all in stock items within 72 hours and usually despatch items much faster, pre-order items are usually despatched within 10 days. If you need something in a hurry it is always best to email us.
What If My Order Comes In More Than One Parcel?
You only pay postage once, if you order includes in stock and pre-order items, we will cover the cost of sending on the pre-order items at standard 1st class or airmail rates.
Will You Refund Postage Costs if There is a Mistake?
If we have made a mistake with your order please contact us as soon as possible. If we have omitted an item we will rectify the situation, if we have sent you the wrong item, or an item is damaged, then we will cover the cost of returning the item/s to us and refund you or send a replacement. In this situation we simply ask that you contact us as soon as possible to discuss the best way forward BEFORE you return the item/s.
If I change my mind can I return my order and will you refund the post and packing charges?
Fabric Cut to Order
We all make mistakes and so if you change your mind and want to return fabric cut here at Prints to Polka Dots (all fabrics not marked as pre-cut), then we will take back the fabric and refund you 80% of the cost of the fabric, but you will need to cover the cost of the return, and the original postage and packing costs will not be refunded. You must do this within 7 days of delivery.
Other Items (precut and prepacked items)
If you have ordered precut or packed items - such as buttons, scissors or fat quarter (labelled as PRE CUT), and if are in the European Union and you cancel your order within seven days after the day you receive your goods, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid for that part of your order, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. These items must be returned in the condition they were sent to you.
