Errors/Damaged Goods

Of course we offer a replacement or refund service for items which are damaged or incomplete (wrongly cut) including covering the cost of returning items to us here in the UK.

We simply ask that you contact us as soon as you are aware of the problem and that you do not use any of the item/s in question. 

Once you have made contact with us we can arrange for a return to be made at our cost and replacement/refund will be processed according to your preference/stock levels.

 

Changed Your Mind?

We are also happy to buy back fabric that you are not happy with for other reasons - perhaps you have just changed your mind (we have all been there!).

As long as you haven't cut the fabric, we will buy it back for 100% of the original purchase price, but you will need to pay for postage back to us. 

In the case of pre cut (fabrics labelled as precut in their title) or packaged items such as buttons, we will refund 100% of the price, but the item will need to be returned in the condition is was sent in - unopened etc.. 

In both cases we just ask that you make contact with us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Once we have received a returned item we will issue your refund within 7 days and/or send out the replacement within 72 hours.
